HCMS N.V. was restructured after 20 years operational success in Suriname and Abroad. We redefined our focus and purpose towards a locally incorporated EOR to meet the demand of Suriname's oil & gas boom — and none existed. We built it.
We are now the only provider that classifies 100% as local content under the NLC 2026 Programme.
As part of K&K Heritage Group N.V., HCMS operates with the governance, entrepreneurial discipline, and long-term Suriname commitment required by operators and EPC contractors entering a fast-growing local content environment. Our work is designed for NLC 2026 readiness, auditability, and practical execution on the ground.
