Staatsolie — Refinery & Energy Operations

SURINAME

Joint project execution supporting Staatsolie, Suriname's national oil company. The partnership combined HCMS's local workforce and compliance capability with Cosota's turnaround and project-management command — delivering structured, safety-first execution inside the Surinamese operating environment.

NSRP Refinery — Vietnam

VIETNAM

Collaboration on the NSRP (Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical) complex in Vietnam — one of the country's largest refining and petrochemical facilities. The assignment proved the partnership's capacity to deploy senior turnaround and project-management command internationally, applying the same structured "pitstop" methodology and disciplined delivery standards across a different regulatory and operating context.

The partnership does not simply execute turnarounds — it compresses them. Continuous process optimization, disciplined planning, and tight stakeholder coordination convert directly into shorter shutdowns, lower turnaround cost, and faster return to production.

Proven in the Field

On a €105 million furnace convection-zone exchange programme in a demanding petrochemical environment, Cosota senior project lead Hennie Dijkstra cut the lead time per furnace from 24 weeks to 20, then to 18 — a 25% reduction — through strong planning, coordination across client, engineering, contractors and suppliers, and continuous process optimization. Every week removed is a week of production preserved.
