#### Worker Classifications

As part of our outplacement service, employees are classified into two categories based on their availability and your supervision needs:

**Flex Workers**  
**Availability:** Less than two (2) weeks  
**Supervision:** HCMS N.V. assumes full responsibility for supervising and guiding the worker during this short-term assignment.  
**Ideal for temporary staffing gaps or urgent, short-duration projects.**

**Temp Workers**  
**Availability:** More than two (2) weeks  
**Supervision:** Your organization oversees daily operations, while HCMS remains the legal employer and handles all administrative and payroll responsibilities.  
**Best suited for longer transitional roles without the complexity of direct employment contracts.**
