Crew employment is handled through HCMS's Employer of Record structure — meaning all catering staff are locally registered, payrolled, and compliant, contributing directly to your Local Content obligations. Our partner's online appraisal system tracks crew performance and professional development, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
Local Content Compliance
Training delivered by a Surinamese-registered entity and catering crews employed through HCMS count directly toward your PSC local content obligations. International competitors cannot match this classification.
